Fall is coming, and with it our favorite autumn flavors. While we all love our pumpkin spice lattes, it can be really easy to forget to drink enough water. So we have come up with five autumn friendly water infusion recipes.

Flavor infused water has been a huge trend, but is generally restricted to summer fruits. Don't get us wrong, we love lemon water in mason jars, but it can get difficult to manage on a day to day basic. We generally recommend either filtering it through a strainer or using a water infuser. We've developed the Refresh Flavor Infusing Flask for easy on the go flavor.

1. Blackberry Sage

This is a refreshing spin on a berry classic. Make sure to only use one or two sage leaves as they are very strong.

2. Cranberry Orange

The secret is to make a small slit in the cranberry. This allows more of the flavor to be infused into the water.

3. Blueberry Pomegranate

This adds a great sweet tart flavor and full of antioxidants.

4. Pineapple Ginger

To fight those fall colds, add pineapple and ginger to your water infusion. The pineapple provides vitamin C while ginger helps fight bacteria.

5. Rosemary Green Apple

Its like christmas in a glass. The best tip is to use a crisp Macintosh or green apple as they compliment the savory rosemary.
